Can ECGrid connect through OFTP?
Yes, ECGrid has many OFTP connections and can connect to any OFTP network.
How do I set up an OFTP connection?
You need the following information from your trading partner:
- Company Name
- Technical Contact Email/Phone
- OFTP Software provider name
- OFTP SFID
- OFTP SSID
- OFTP Password
- OFTP Protocol version, (most will be 2.0)
- OFTP Certificate
- EDI ID for testing
Once you have this information, you can open a ticket with ECGrid Support at [email protected] who will be able to complete the connection on your behalf.

ECGrid does connect to various companies through OFTP, however, each OFTP connection on ECGrid is unique, so there is no standard connectivity information.
