Below is a list of ECGrid Error Codes for Transactions (Envelopes) and Files (Mailbags). The applicable code is also visible on each errored transaction.

 

File/Mailbag Error codes:

 

M4101 - Interchange Canceled

M6001 - Parcel transferred from In-Box to Network

    Turn on Delete on Download feature and manually update the mailbags

M6002 - Parcel Pending X12.56 Mailbag Acknowledgement

    This number indicates the external mailbag is waiting for an X12.56 mailbag acknowledgement from the trading partner’s VAN

M6012 - Parcel pending AS2 MDN

    The customer’s/trading partner’s AS2 profile should be updated from Async to Sync

M6103 - X12.56 Mailbag Rejected

    The mailbag was rejected by the receiving VAN

M6104 - X12.56 Mailbag Duplicate

    Duplicate mailbag from the sending VAN - no action item if customer received original

M6110 - AS2 Send Failure/Retrying

    Troubleshoot AS2 connection

M6113 - AS2 MDN Rejected

    Contact receiving AS2 for rejection information

E1101 – Control Number Mismatch

E1102 – Missing/Invalid Segment Terminator

E1103 – Unknown Route

E1104 – Partial or Incomplete interchange

E1105 – Invalid ISA

E1106 – Invalid ISA11

E1110 – Sender or Receiver Suspended

E1111 – Pending Interconnect Approval

E1203 – Mailbag Error

E1303 – VAN-2-VAN routing blocked

E3102 – Rejected

E3103 – X12.56 Rejected

E4101 - Cancelled
