If your MFT connection isn't working or you can't see the in.mft and out.mft directories when trying to SFTP/FTPS, please work through the following troubleshooting tips:
  • Please confirm both your mailbox and the trading partner's mailbox is set up for MFT, (you may need to contact Support to confirm the trading partner's mailbox)
  • Please confirm both EDI IDs are in the "MFT" group
  • Please confirm the partnership is set up and confirmed, (not pending)
  • Ensure uploaded files are uploaded to the /mft.out/<TP Customer> directory, not the standard /out directory
  • Ensure neither of EDI IDs have an underscore or hyphen in them.
