Q: Can I access my customer’s account to provide support?

A: Yes! Click on the 3 dots on the right side and choose “Login as User”. After logging in as your customer’s account, you can see what they see and assist them as needed.

Q: Can my customer publish products and subscribe to catalogs?

A: Yes! Our system is designed to allow users to both publish products and catalogs along with subscribing to another company’s catalog to allow for cross-selling/upselling. Note that Publishing and Subscribing have different pricing plans.
