If you do not wish to subscribe, your AS2 certificate management will be done through our self-service AS2 Management Tool. You will be notified via email 30 days before your certificate expires, providing you secure access to your AS2 profile. If you need assistance, support tickets can be placed at a rate of $250/case. Click on the following link to pay for a one-time support case. Please keep your invoice number and provide it to Support when creating your case.
Alternatively, you can work directly with your partner and your AS2 vendor to troubleshoot the issue.
