Moving an ID to a new mailbox can be easily done through our self-service portal.
All mailbox IDs and trading partnerships are managed by choosing “Mailboxes” on the left side navigation panel. After clicking Mailboxes, you will need to select the specific mailbox which the ID is currently tabled. Once in the mailbox, click on the “IDs” tab at the top, select the ID you wish to move, then select "Move ID to new Mailbox"
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to select the mailbox to which you'd like to move the EDI ID. Once you've chosen the desired mailbox, simply click on the "Move EDI ID" option to complete the process.
