Setting up your Walmart connection on ECGRID.

Walmart connections are now fully self-service via your Portal and we're happy to walk you through this:

  • In your Dashboard, go to Mailboxes and select the one you want for Walmart.
  • Navigate to TP Connections > AS2 Hosted, click Edit, and update the AS2 ID and URL (shorten if needed).
  • Set status to Active, then Save Changes.
  • In Walmart Retail Link, enter the AS2 ID, URL, and certificate, then configure the connection.
  • Download the Walmart-issued certificate on Walmart Retail Link.
  • Back in your ECGRID Portal, scroll to "Configure your Walmart AS2 Connection".
  • Select the correct IDs (Step 1 & 2), upload the certificate (Step 3), and click Configure.
  • Return to Retail Link and send a connectivity test.
